TASK DESCRIPTION

Only happens once in a blue moon:

FAIL: test_iso_format (tests.timestamp_tests.TestTimestamp)
Test conversion from and to ISO format.

AssertionError: Timestamp(2018, 7, 10, 4, 38, 40) == Timestamp(2018, 7, 10, 4, 38, 40)


Seems to be the same issue as T191827.
