CHANGES TO TASK DESCRIPTION

makecat.py looks like switched from compat without any changes to the code structure. There is no MakecatBot, no main() or treat(), no __init__() or whatever is usual to other scripts. The structure just starts with `try` statement, which is the whole script wrapped into. Therefore the doc can't be generated, script_tests is failing on this and much more issues....
