TASK DESCRIPTION
As pointed out in https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/pywikibot/core/+/487054/ there can be multiple old stuff not anymore used by Pywikibot, like copyAndKeep() method from compat. But in Vulture report, these are hidden in too many false positives inside 60% confidence category. We should go through the report and mark those fulfilling the deprecation criteria as deprecated.
