TASK DESCRIPTION

While I wanted to work on T78452, at cfd.py script I found problem to this script looks like it can works only on English Wikipedia. This script should be configurable for working an on other wikis.

In script we should have section where we can add links to pages on other projects like for clean_sandbox.py and etc.
