TASK DESCRIPTION isbn.py script uses several scripts. Among other it uses ISBN_hyphenate. But this package is very outdated, the last release is 4 years old and the underlyin database seems to be stale except the isbn_lengthmaps.py dict is updated manually but you cannot expect that for a library.
