TASK DESCRIPTION
nose package is outdated and no longer actively maintained The last release
1.3.7 is dated 06/2015 and is classified to support Python3 only. Anyway with
Python 3.6 a warning is shown:

Alternatives:
- nose42: only release 1.3.8 which seem a successor of nose 1.3.7 above
- nose2: is described as successor of nose; supports Python 2.7 as well as
Python 3.4 - 3.7. But here are some differences:
