TASK DESCRIPTION
**Steps to reproduce**:
1. Clone fresh up-to-date repository pywikibot/core from Gerrit
2. Install needed dependencies via pip (`pip install -r
requests-requirements.txt && pip install -r requirements.txt`)
3. Run `pip check`
**Actual result**:
kizule@kizule-laptop:~/Desktop/development/pywikibot-core$ pip check
requests-oauthlib 1.3.0 has requirement oauthlib>=3.0.0, but you have
oauthlib 2.1.0.
**Expected result**:
Pip check shouldn't report problems.
