@Seppl2013 I don't understand. What's the difference in encryption between `user-config.py` and `passwordfile`? Both are just text files and both accept the same values, only passwordfile is deditated only to passwords and not to other settings. Also there is a pywikibot.lwp lwp storage for passwords, which is encrypted. Anyway, I would like to make proper solution to this issue, not just a workaround you mention. What would you expect from Pywikibot or dream Pywikibot can do (in details, step by step)?
