That all looks awesome, especially the cron part. `generate_user_files.py` will generate a `user-config.py` file which needs to be in $PYWIKIBOT2_DIR. Also, if we could autogenerate the https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:Pywikibot/OAuth/Wikimedia part that would be nice. And the cron thing could automatically redirect logs (both stdout and stderr) to somewhere and rotate them.
