  being one,  Where the page image displayed in the interface is of a lower 
quality than that in the actual PDF ( compared to a direct display of the page 
in Adobe Reader, which was also unable to export a usable image to image viewer 
tools.)
  
  I am starting to think it's pointless continuing to use IA PDF's  until they 
can be shown to be in a 'compatible' and 'flat' version, as opposed to the 
layered image format some of them appear to use, which has issues with a number 
of slightly older tools, including apparently Mediawiki and it's extensions.
