The build doesn't fail on this anymore and the following now works as
expected:
>>> page = pywikibot.Page(pywikibot.Site('en', 'wikipedia'), 'Dummy')
>>> page.text = 'dummy'
>>> page.exists()
True
>>> page.text
>>> 'dummy'
I believe we can close it now.
