  @Geertivp Why does **PAWS** requires the accounts?
  
  PAWS itself does not require the accounts, Pywikibot when authenticated with 
OAuth, does (it is a bug). PAWS authenticates with OAuth for security reasons, 
(files and even notebook cells outputs are, by default, public. And even if you 
hide them with permissions they would still be accessible to a wide number of 
users with administrative permissions in PAWS or Cloud Services as whole, not 
to mention the possibility of a vulnerability).
