TASK DESCRIPTION Hello, I was just notified that blockpageschecker.py was archived as part of T223826 <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T223826>, breaking UrbanecmBot at cswiki (the bot used it to remove protection template from pages that aren't actually protected). Unfortunately, it sounds the script //also// got broken (see P16730 <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/P16730>), so plain move back to main folder won't be enough :/.
