Just noting that I was experiencing this issue while running `touch.py`, so I updated my PWB installation to the latest version (6.4.0) and no longer experience it. This may have been incidentally fixed at some point, if anyone knows what change that might have been and/or wants to confirm whether they are still experiencing this issue.
