TASK DESCRIPTION
If pages loaded from file have not changed compared to file read from wiki,
there is no point in trying to write them.
self.put_current() should be skipped.
and a 'no change' shall be notified instead, something like 'Page {} already
exists and no changes to be applied, no action!'
