@Meno25: I've tested this issue. The rason is that there are ~1000 links where no page exists. fixing_redirect.py tries to solve orphaned links and checks whether they are moved. This was introduced due to T267567 <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T267567>. When ignoring this check the bot runs 60 times faster. We could deactivate this check by an option.
