Note the "Pywikibot test" and "restore-topic" values.
So, there is definitely a bug in Flow that should handle whatever is being
triggered by Pywikibot, but in the short term, perhaps the Pywikibot
maintainers could see what is happening with the code path that is calling
"restore-post" on testwiki?
