I don't see any chance to get https://ci.appveyor.com/project/wikimedia/pywikibot-core back. Therefore I moved AppVeyor CI from https://ci.appveyor.com/project/ladsgroup/pywikibot-g4xqx to https://ci.appveyor.com/project/pywikibot-core/pywikibot and gave access to the pywikibot github project.
