The submitted patch introduces the links under version info and above the search box as in the screenshot below. I agree with comments in T322212 <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T322212> that suggest the next and prev links are not necessary, but they are automatically generated as part of the rellinks structure, so it was trivial to include them.
