For whatever reason we only install `python-mwparserfromhell` (which is Python 2), and not the python3 variant. Apparently this dates all the way back to 2014 (T65539 <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T65539>) and originated as a Toolforge-specific package. We might be able to do a custom backport, but I'd really rather not spend time on this given the future plans for the job grid.
