generates a `logs/commands.log` file. However, it does not seem possible to
change the file path nor to disable that log entirely. Would it be possible to
add new options in `user-config.py` or another more suitable place to make this
customisable? (e.g. deactivate the commands log entirely or tell pywikibot to
store it elsewhere).
