I'm not sure about installing the font in the CI environment, I'd have to look into it. I think the social card in question is generated for each page and is listed in the "og:image" property of the <meta> tag in page head. An example value is "/_images/social_previews/summary_index_bb89f290.png <https://doc.wikimedia.org/pywikibot/master/_images/social_previews/summary_index_bb89f290.png>" - this card image is visible in all social media card previews (e.g. when you paste a link to a page on Facebook or Twitter).
