TASK DESCRIPTION
(originally reported from me via IRC, but I think that it's better to have a
task)
I'm trying to transfer images between two wikis (non-Wikimedia). The script
fails because it finds that the page (description) exists. But the file itself
doesn't exist on the target wiki. Only file description.
