TASK DESCRIPTION **Feature summary**: Enable API filter with pagegenerators `-redirect` option if appropriate. **Use case(s)**: Currently the `-redirect` option filters redirects/nonredirects after pages are retrieved but some API generators (API:Allpages for example) have its own filter. This should be used if available which might be similar to namespace filtering. **Benefits**: API filtering is expected to run much more faster because only the wanted pages are retrieved.
