T371112 <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T371112>: Structured Discussion is not maintained for years, should no longer be used and and was disabled on test-wiki. It was disabled on most wikis, (see https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Structured_Discussions/Wikis) and is too expensive to maintain on Pywikibot side then for only a couple of users. Therefore decline this request. If someone is willing and able to claim this task, please reopen it and make your code proposal.
