TASK DESCRIPTION I'm about to leave the Foundation, and will be losing access to my official WMF wiki account (User:HTriedman (WMF) <https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/User:HTriedman_(WMF)>). I'm in the midst of working on a bot that I'd like to continue to maintain (User:SpinachBot <https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/User:SpinachBot>), and I'd like to transfer ownership of the bot from my soon-to-be-deactivated account to my personal account (User:Htriedman <https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/User:Htriedman>). How can I do that?
