I have removed T345695 <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T345695> which is about tox v4 since the jobs use `docker-registry.wikimedia.org/releng/tox-v3-pywikibot` which has tox v3 and multiple pythons shipped by pyenv. I think I had it a blocker cause I wanted to do both the tox upgrade and the support for multiple pythons, but tox v4 is way too broken, I thus ended up creating the tox-v3 image that has support for multiple pythons.
