TASK DESCRIPTION Replace i18n for archivebot-archiveheader with corresponding wikidata item. **Reason** The archivebot-archiveheader Template is a language related i18n translation but should be a site/code related L10N. It is not sure if the i18n translations works for all sites an twn should not used for localisation issues. **How to proceed** - Find the corresponding wikidata item(s) - use this/these items in archivebot - remove template tests in i18n_tests - remove archivebot-archiveheader from translatewiki settings for Pywikibot - remove the translations from the json files - add the ability to set the template via command option or other implementation to support wikis outside the Wikimedia wiki farm.
