TASK DESCRIPTION
`py -3.13 -m pwb -user:xqt redirect br` finds a broken redirect but where the
redirect target was deleted. Instead of trying to fix the broken redirect
(which does not work because the target wasn't moved) it to delete it (or tag
a delete template) it does just nothing:

Cannot fix or delete the broken redirect
In such case the redirect source should be deleted.
