TASK DESCRIPTION
Python 3.8 runs mypy 1.14 but some tests fails with it like

"Set[str]", base class "Family" defined the type as "Callable[[Family],
Set[str]]") [assignment]
Use Python 3.9 for mypy to enable the newest mypy version and solve these
tests
