**Issues:**
- **Missing Log:** The `Delinking [filename]...` line was removed but is
required.
- **Redundant Code:** Duplicate titles are fixed, but this check is
unnecessary and should be removed:

else:
pywikibot.info(' No changes were needed')
- **Core Failure:** The bot still fails to remove the files.
