- `py pwb.py weblinkchecker -start:!`
**What happens?**:
WARNING: Encoding "ISO-8859-1" requested but "utf-8" received in the
response header.

**What should have happened instead?**:
The bot will immediately request links in utf-8 encoding, instead of more
highly specialized and less common ones.
**Other information** (browser name/version, screenshots, etc.):
I could be wrong, but based on the code it seems the bot is by default
configured to work in the interests of only de.wikipedia
