TASK DESCRIPTION Currently Accept-Language is hard coded as `'Accept-Language': 'de-de,de;q=0.8,en-us;q=0.5,en;q=0.3'` which is insufficient for all sites except de-wikis. The first language should be the site.lang and followed by all fallbacks found by `i18n._altlang` or API:Siteinfo <https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/API:Siteinfo> (general) fallback content.
