TASK DESCRIPTION Publish **Pywikibot 12**. This task collects dependencies for this next major release. **Rules:** - Development of Pywikibot 12, which may include breaking changes, will not start before 31 October 2026. - Pywikibot is planned to be released at the beginning of 2027 **Main Changes** - Drop support for Python 3.9.
