This is already solved with rPWBC9477dd1b <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/rPWBC9477dd1b8ed7c017b070d2e202a51a35b3567610> (Pywikibot 7.4) together with T196851 <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T196851> where GeneratorFactory.handle_args <https://doc.wikimedia.org/pywikibot/master/api_ref/pywikibot.pagegenerators.html#pagegenerators._factory.GeneratorFactory.handle_args> is used which priorizes the -namespace option since Pywikibot 7.3.
