TASK DESCRIPTION
`http_tests.TestHttpStatus` is never executed but skipped:
C:\pwb\GIT\core>py -3.13 -m pwb http_tests -v TestHttpStatus
tests: max_retries reduced from 15 to 3
setUpClass (__main__.TestHttpStatus) ... skipped 'TestHttpStatus: hostname
http://en.wikia.com failed: HTTP status: 403 - Forbidden'
http://en.wikia.com causes skipping the tests when `TestCase` constructor
creates the test object and checks the hostnames. But it seems that the
hostnames of neither `HttpbinTestCase` nor `TestHttpStatus` are ever used for
the tests (except the hardcoded 'httpbin.org').
