Change subject: [tests] use pytest for doctest

[tests] use pytest for doctest
- nosetest is not maintained any longer and fails with Python 3.10+.
Use pytest instead for doctest.
- require pytest 7.0.1 or higher
- remove pytest filterwarnings because it was dropped in pytest 6.1.
