Change subject: [tests] Update CI tests

[tests] Update CI tests
- add Python 3.12 to the test matrix
- remove experimental flag for wikipedia:test site
- remove 3.12 test on wikipedia:test due to matrix expansion
- increase max-parallel because pypy3.7 tests are faster
