Change subject: formatter: Remove deprecated SequenceOutputter.output

formatter: Remove deprecated SequenceOutputter.output
SequenceOutputter.output was deprecated in Pywikibot 9 and is scheduled
for removal in Pywikibot 12. Remove the method, its unused imports, and
its pending-removal entry from ROADMAP.rst. Callers can pass the out
property to pywikibot.info instead.
