proofreadpage: Remove the deprecated page_gen content argument
The content argument has been ignored since Pywikibot 9.0 and is
scheduled for removal in Pywikibot 12. Remove its compatibility adapter
from IndexPage.page_gen, the unused import, and the pending-removal
roadmap entry.
