If enough of the more active pywikibot developers are attending an
unconference session on pywikibot could maybe be a possibility? Personally
I wouldn't mind a discussion on the direction of pywikibot and the
interaction with pywikibot 2.0.

Part of the reason why I rarely +2 is that I think "yes this works but is
it what we want" and I've never payed much attention to the scripts
directory (since I primarily use pywikibot as a library). As for pywikibot
2.0 I have no entry point for which patches are/should be ported, what has
been added and when/how release candidates are selected. Possibly I'm
missing an obvious documentation/project page but I don't think that is the
case.

While such a discussion could as well happen on this list in-person
meetings (with the possibility of remote participation) tend to be an
efficient way to get the basics hashed out.

Any thoughts?
