Not really. Search engine indexing is disabled by default for Wikimedia mailing list archives, and GNU Mailman does not provide a search interface. My next thought would be Gmane, but they don't provide a web interface anymore and I don't know if they archive this list.
That leaves you with `curl | grep` or asking someone with the mail in a client-side index for help.
