I havent been able to find Bináris' code for tocbot.py . Based on https://hu.wikipedia.org/wiki/Szerkeszt%C5%91:Bin%C3%A1ris/TOCbot , it appears to be an alternative to archivebot.py , and we might be able to merge the two scripts so that archivebot.py provides the functionality that the Hungarian Wikipedia community have become used to.
