Thanks for making these splits.

I still think it isn't a good idea to mix developer and user 
discussions. We need a separate mailing-list and a related separated 
archive to permit users or developers to search in, avoiding users post 
same questions or developers repeat the same errors...

If I want open a new branch or propose an API change I'll use the 
mailing-list, but at the same time I don't want annoying users...

"-devel" mailing-list should be mandatory for developers, unlike 
"-users" list. And it should accept file attachment too.

Well... http://pywikipediabot.sf.net may be updated too. It would be 
nice more users can work on it, as is outdated, need improvements (more 
clear download links, gmane, fisheye links...). SVN?
