I changed my mind: it works now in the complete regular list (1 to 3999)
vice and versa, and has a list comprehension function. I made it as a
separate module, and I would like you to add it to the Pywikipedia
framework, because I will need it to TOCbot, and it is too big and too nice
to leave inside the script. I am not familiar with creating version numbers,
please do that for me.
