If it is wrong, please update it at translatewiki.net (the key is
"noreferences-add-tag"). If you mean you want to adapt it for a specific
bot run - you'd have to either adapt the translations file
(i18n/noreferences.py) or the bot file itself (noreferences.py:581
("comment = i18n.twtranslate(self.site, 'noreferences-add-tag')")). There
is no command line option for noreferences.py, I'm afraid.
