Hi Amir,
We talked about this in the past. I don't think that anyone is strongly
against it, we just haven't done it yet. Another plus is when we start
using git/gerrit, bugzilla ties in with the code review. Maybe you can
create a page about this move on Mediawiki.org? There we can list the
pro's, steps to be taken, schedule, etc
