Is there a bot that can help me to import CSV file and turn it into
templated pages?
For example: I have csv with Universities:
University Name,Alias,Number of students
massachusetts institute of technology,MIT,2100430
oxford university,oxford,492304
...
I want to create pages for each of the university with the text:
{{University
|alias=oxford
|number of students=492304934
}}
