Good evening, everyone! I am working on a proxy block bot for ru.wikipedia at the moment but I don't want to invent bicycle twice :)
As I remember there is no script in framework that can be used as a sufficient base for mass blocking users/IPs and checking whether they are already blocked. Maybe someone has similar workings and is ready to share them? Otherwise I will switch to my own work on it...
