Summary: logarithmic axes

Initial Comment:
The attached piece of code attempts to draw a
logarithmic x-axis, going from right to left, between
limits of 1.5e12 and 6e13. PyX doesn't render a
particularly useful axis. (tested using Python 2.4; PyX
0.7.1). Apologies if this has already been fixed in the
most recent version.

Bug. The problem was the range-rating for reversed axes. Fixed in changeset
2592. Thanks for your report.
